After a complete renovation in 2022, we can offer 12 rooms of different sizes for our guests, some with a mezzanine. We have an independent power supply, with WiFi and TV, in well-tended and comfortable class A premises. Vacation weeks, weekends and public holidays are an excellent opportunity to enjoy a stay in the oasis, open all year round.
Next to the buildings you can find 10 camper places, each 96 m², with a service box and a room with showers and washing machine. We are on a farm, so animals are welcome; however, it is necessary to keep a distance and to respect the rules of good coexistence with other animals and guests, so that everybody can enjoy the stay and have a good time.
The stable has thirty boxes for horses, some with paddock, as well as numerous fenced areas and paddocks with 20 small shelters. A large covered and equipped area of 800 m² allows activities throughout the year, there are also more than 2,000 m² of paddocks. There is enough space to stay, rest and move, as well as hot showers and drying facilities for the winter.
We use products of our land and animals to provide you with the necessary energy for eventful days. Eggs, meat, honey, muesli, vegetables and fruit, they are all from our region. In addition to breakfast, we also prepare snacks for the day.
There is an oasis to discover – alone, with your loved ones or accompanied by our guides. On horseback, on foot or by bike you will meet the different residents that live in this area throughout the year. Sedentary and migratory animals, a vegetation that changes according to the season and a variety of amazing colours.
We are producers and process the best that our land offers. Especially in recent years, our soil, favoured by the sea, produces unique flavours that we present with our Prosecco, Extra Dry, Brut and Extra Brut, to cheer up your gatherings and relax after activities.

Not only on horseback, but also by bike, with sheer muscle power or with electric support, you can discover unique landscapes. No matter if you cycle to the watercourses or towards east to the sea: after a few meters the landscape changes and you will meet deer, rabbits and more than 300 species of birds.
In cooperation with other companies, we can arrange for ferries and boats for your photo safari, a trip to Caorle in the south or to Bibione in the north. Short channel passages with an abundant landscape ensure an interesting trip with varied impressions.
